How we handle your data

AI Opportunity Mapper is designed to be lightweight. We only collect what's necessary to generate and improve recommendations:

• The website URL and priority you submit when running an analysis.
• The email address you provide if you join the Implementation Brief waitlist.
• Any rating or notes you submit through the feedback widget on the results page.
• Standard request metadata (timestamp, anonymized usage signals) used to keep the service running reliably.

• We do not crawl private pages, log you into anything, or access content behind authentication.
• We do not collect personal information about your customers, staff, or internal systems.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Insights are inferred from publicly visible website patterns (URL structure, business context, common workflow signals) plus the priority you select. Recommendations are guidance, not advice — they should be validated before implementation.

Submissions (waitlist signups and feedback) are stored in a managed database with row-level access controls. Only authorized administrators can read aggregated submissions, and admin access is gated by authentication.

When you use the feedback widget on a results page, we store:

• The 1–5 rating you select.
• Any optional notes you write (capped at 2,000 characters).
• The website URL the recommendations were generated for, the top opportunity name, whether the result was a demo, and the submission timestamp.

We do not attach your name, email, IP address, or any account identifier to feedback submissions — they are stored without user-identifying fields. Do not include personal or sensitive information in the notes field.

Feedback is used to improve recommendation quality and prioritize product changes. Aggregated ratings may be reviewed internally, but individual notes are not shared publicly without your permission.

Retention: feedback entries are retained for up to 24 months, after which we periodically delete or anonymize older entries. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Contact below.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the app working (session, preferences). Optional analytics cookies are off by default and only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data in your browser.

• You can request deletion of your waitlist email or feedback at any time.
• You don't need an account to run an analysis — most of the product works without sign-in.
